In September 2006, Mostafa Setayesh founded Prudent Development with a creative vision to redefine the engineering industry, for a more hands-on approach and an unwavering dedication to customer service. After several years of commercial development experience, Mostafa recognized the need for a company that prioritized client relationships and delivered exceptional results. This philosophy became the cornerstone of Prudent Development and continues to guide our work today.
As “CEO”, “President” and “Founder”, Mostafa led the company with integrity, passion, and a personal touch that resonated with every client. He was deeply involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring that every project met his high standards of excellence and that each client felt heard and valued.
Mostafa was a proud alumnus of Southern Methodist University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. A registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, his expertise and leadership established Prudent Development as a trusted name in the industry.
Although Mostafa is no longer with us, his legacy lives on through his son, Jassem, who now leads Prudent Development with the same commitment to excellence and customer service. Mostafa’s vision, values, and passion remain at the heart of everything we do.
